The Responsible Homeownership (R-HOME) platform uses Just Price Solutions' Web-based, automated, MISMO-compliant underwriting engines for all of its loan products.
Following loan counseling, loan application information is gathered into the Just Price Automated Underwriting System and conditional approval can be provided within two minutes.
The Just Price technology platform has the capacity to process very complex transactions with up to five layers of financing and with as many as five borrowers on a loan. While conventional lenders have offered similar manual processing alternatives for consumers, the lack of operating efficiencies has generally limited these financial solutions to a fraction of the potential market, as recent Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) data shows.
Just Price Solutions' technology platform is digitally connected to First American CREDCO’s Anthem Suite™ of services, an alternative credit evaluation tool developed by First Advantage Corporation, a publicly traded majority-owned subsidiary of The First American Corporation, the nation's largest provider of business information. The Anthem Suite is unique in that it accepts and validates evidence of a borrower's good credit history beyond the history available on a traditional credit report. The Anthem Suite can examine a wide range of alternative trade lines, such as rent, utilities, child care payments, and even tithing in evaluating a borrower's creditworthiness. |
